TCG believes that change will NEVER come from trying to deal with Washington, or State governments, and MUST begin at the local, grass roots level, with individuals working together toward the common good of all, and creating a moral, ethical and Constitutional local County government. It is HERE where the true power of government begins, and where out-of-control federal government has LITTLE Constitutional OR legal authority. Without this foundation, and the enforcement of this foundation by the People, American Freedom will be an historical memory in our lives, and our children and grandchildren will never taste of it.

The key pplayer for all of us, in every county, is the County Sheriff. As Sheriff Richard Mack states it, "The Sheriff is the last hope for America." Having a Constitutional Sheriff, along with not only deputies, but also "posse" members authorized by the Sheriff to support the Sheriff's department as needed. This power alone is vital to our success at taking back our counties and country. Sheriff Mack stands ready to help any Sheriff, or local County Guard group, to train not only the Sheriff, but citizens, too, in what is necessary to defend your county and citizens. The Sheriff Project is a tool developing for everyone's use locally. As their website states:

USA 1911 is an organization formed to effect change.

• Change in who we elect as Sheriff.
• Change in what the citizens expect from their Sheriff.
• Change in how our current Sheriffs and their departments execute their responsibilities.

USA 1911 actively looks for Sheriffs who will take their oath in all conscience to uphold the Constitution. Questionnaires are filled out and graded. Interviews are conducted by citizens and members of our organization. Candidates are asked to understand, commit to, and sign the "Affirmation of Oath" contract with the citizens of his county. And, if elected, we work with the Sheriff to network with other Sheriffs to ensure that their state's freedom is effectively protected.

USA 1911 works with citizens of the general public and specifically with people whose Constitutional rights have been violated by the Federal Government. We educate citizens as to what they may rightly expect from their County Sheriff and how to determine if their Sheriff is fulfilling his/her oath to the Constitution. If the Sheriff is not, we help the citizens develop an action plan to either cultivate a relationship with their Sheriff or remove him/her from office.

Most Sheriffs across the country either do not know or do not know how to apply their power to defend the freedoms of their county. USA 1911 is enthusiastically devoted to helping every Sheriff's department become undeniably the last line of protection for their citizens. We offer classes, books, answers and networking for any Sheriff who wants to complete his oath to the Constitution and the people who elected him.

TCG will be comprised of people from all walks of life that believe in Constitutional government and in seeing to it that all Local governments abide by their Constitutional restraints of power and authority, and obey their oath of office... something being grossly discarded by most politicians, judges and government employees.

TCG is NOT for timid or fearful people not willing to stand against corruption, and to address those issues as they threaten life and liberty. Rather than hiding from the threats we face through distractions and blind entertainment, and blind trust of those governing and reporting to us, TCG is for those willing to stand up to resist these threats. Our Founding Fathers did just this and were facing less than what we are facing today in America and the world.

TCG is not a military organization, although it fully endorses the right to keep, and bear, arms, as provided for by the Second Amendment, and as a means of community safety and deterrent against crime and unconstitutional behavior by any, and as a means of preserving the freedoms and rights of all Citizens of the Several states.

Who might be interested in supporting TCG? Anyone who wants to maintain freedom in the States of the U.S. of America, and who is willing to defend such freedoms. Unless the People of the States are vigilant and willing to hold their governments accountable to their will and to the Constitution, freedom can never be maintained.

TCG is not seeking national "groups" as members, but the individuals who understand the threats we face and are willing to stand against these threats at any cost in their local communities. Some may belong to one or more groups, but group politics and agendas are not what TCG is looking for, although we certainly are supportive of many such groups who stand for what we stand for. TCG is to be a focal point for LOCAL activities by community residents, and providing a way to collectively act on the local threats to Constitutional law in YOUR area.

TCG supports all aspects of community services and support, from law enforcement to disaster relief. TCG also has as its primary mission the revealing of the truth regarding all aspects of government actions, at whatever level, and holding government accountable to the People and the Constitution. This will be done through local community education programs.

Each County within the 50 sovereign States will have an independent County Guard, specific to each individual County. TCG nationally, stands only as an umbrella organization as a means to provide unity, information, data and sharing of missions and goals that are to the benefit of all Counties and peoples across the 50 Sovereign States.

Each State, made up of "The People" within the 50 States, stands sovereign to the Federal Government. Each County within each sovereign State has authority over its own area, with the County Sheriff holding authority over ANY unconstitutional Federal activity or attempt to usurp jurisdiction over the people or Constitution within said County.

TCG holds that the various Federal, State and Local governments have strayed far outside their authority and are unconstitutional in many actions. Unless The People stand up for the laws of the land and for the Constitution of the U.S.A., as it was intended, and as "The People" expect it to be, our way of life is threatened and will cease to exist. There are millions of people across the country that belong to various groups that hold to these beliefs as well, but are so diluted at the local level that nothing can be done to affect grass root, local efforts. TCG will be that focal point for individuals, irrespective of group affiliation, and allow county citizens to support the varied missions of the TCG and individual County Guard groups.

TCG holds that all rights of The People come from God and Natural Law, and that our Constitution protects those Natural Rights, but does not create them. All Natural Rights come from the creator God, and the Founding Fathers created the Constitution to maintain those rights. The problem has become one of gradual usurping of power and authority by various government agencies, which We the People have allowed to happen.

Americans have been very trusting of their elected representatives in the past. This blind trust has led to a gradual "taking advantage" of The People, and the People's gradual loss of knowledge regarding the Constitution and law, and how our rights and freedoms are being eroded in countless ways. TCG's mission is to re-educate "We the People" with truth, facts and evidence, and to correct the loss of freedoms and rights.

TCG can only work if individuals take personal responsibility for their freedoms. There are no specific commitments to TCG or your local County Guard chapter other than your firm belief in this Country, your freedoms and your willingness to defend your family and children, and your community, from domestic threats that seek to destroy them. TCG does not want fence sitters or those who are timid or fearful and unwilling to stand with others of like mind. Our Founding Fathers had a lot to say about those who were not willing to fight for freedom, and most of them gave their lives to assure the freedoms that what we now are taking for granted as a nation.

TCG and the education you will receive will challenge you like nothing else you've encountered in your life. You will hear and see things that will anger you, defy imagination and stir you up in ways you never thought possible. TCG will also EMPOWER you with knowledge and means to achieve what you have always wanted to do against injustices and other wrongs against society, but had no way of implementing by yourself.

TCG does not endorse violence or criminal activity as a means to its ends. TCG's mission includes belief that the American People have the fortitude, ethics, Godly morals and strength deep down inside that can make this nation strong once again, and that this strength can be rallied through education and through working together with others. TCG DOES, however, support the Constitution in our right to alter or abolish this government and to form another, in whatever way that would have to occur.

If you have any desire to support your local community, your family, neighbors and your country in the most important ways possible, you'll register your county with TCG and create your own local County Guard chapter. Without you we will simply watch our freedoms continue to erode and our country fall prey to big business, big government (police state) and the agenda which includes the demise of the U.S.A. as we know it.
